Kuota KORSA

Pure Intent.

The Korsa has been developed for riders who demand speed, efficiency, and control from a modern cross-country mountain bike. Designed to excel across XC race courses, marathon events, and challenging trail networks, the Korsa combines lightweight construction with the responsiveness and precision required for competitive riding.

Constructed from a blend of premium Toray T800 and T1000 carbon fibres, the Korsa is manufactured using our advanced true one-piece monocoque moulding process. This manufacturing method allows precise control of fibre orientation and carbon lay-up throughout the frame, creating an optimised balance of stiffness, durability, compliance, and weight. The result is a frame engineered to maximise efficiency whilst maintaining the control and comfort required for long days on the trail.

The Korsa has been designed with a clear objective, to maximise rider efficiency without compromising control. The lightweight frame has been developed to respond instantly to rider input, rewarding hard accelerations, sustained climbing efforts, and rapid changes in pace.

The frame's geometry has been carefully developed to deliver confident handling and predictable control across a wide variety of terrain. Whether navigating technical singletrack, flowing trails, or demanding race courses, the Korsa provides the precision required to maintain speed and momentum when it matters most.

Fully integrated cable routing contributes to the frame's clean appearance whilst protecting cables and hoses from dirt, water, and debris. Compatibility with both mechanical and electronic drivetrains, including Shimano Di2 and SRAM AXS systems, ensures the Korsa is ready for the latest component technologies.

A BB92 press-fit bottom bracket platform provides excellent power transfer and frame stiffness, helping convert rider effort into forward motion with maximum efficiency.

Designed around modern mountain bike standards, the Korsa is compatible with both 29" and 27.5" wheel configurations and accommodates tyres up to 29 x 2.3" or 27.5 x 2.5". Compatibility with forks ranging from 80 mm to 120 mm travel allows riders to configure the bike to suit their preferred terrain and riding style.

Whether competing for podium positions or simply chasing personal bests, the Korsa has been engineered to deliver the lightweight performance, responsiveness, and reliability expected from a modern carbon XC race machine.

The result is a highly capable mountain bike frameset that combines race-proven efficiency with the versatility required for today's cross-country riding.

OPM - One-Piece Moulding Construction

At Kuota, we believe that true one-piece monocoque construction represents the pinnacle of carbon fibre frame manufacturing. Whilst many manufacturers reference monocoque or one-piece construction, a significant number of carbon frames continue to rely on bonded sub-assemblies or secondary joining processes during production. The vast majority of Kuota frames are manufactured using true one-piece moulding technology, where the front and rear triangles are formed as a single continuous structure within one mould. This advanced manufacturing process allows continuous carbon fibre to extend from the head tube through to the seat stays and chain stays, eliminating many of the junctions and bonding interfaces commonly found in traditional frame construction.

The result is a frame that delivers exceptional torsional stiffness, efficient power transfer, reduced weight, and outstanding structural integrity. By minimising potential stress concentrations and maintaining uninterrupted fibre continuity throughout the structure, Kuota's one-piece moulding technology helps optimise both performance and long-term durability.Today, Kuota applies this advanced manufacturing approach across one of the most comprehensive ranges of true one-piece moulded carbon frames in the cycling industry, spanning road, endurance, gravel, and mountain bike platforms. This commitment ensures that riders across every discipline can benefit from the performance, efficiency, and durability advantages of true one-piece carbon construction.

FSA - FSA ACR Internal Cable Routing

Our road frames are equipped with the FSA ACR (Aerodynamic Cable Routing) system, developed by FSA and VISION to provide complete cable integration without compromising performance or serviceability. By routing cables and hoses cleanly through the cockpit, headset, and frame, the ACR system delivers a sleek, modern appearance whilst helping to reduce aerodynamic drag.Combining FSA's expertise in headset technology, cockpit integration, and aerodynamic engineering, the ACR system creates a clean and refined front-end design that enhances both aesthetics and functionality. The result is a fully integrated solution that contributes to improved airflow, reduced cable exposure, and a premium, professional finish.

Bottom Bracket Standard

The Kuota Korsa utilises a BB92 bottom bracket standard, a proven choice for high-performance cross-country mountain bikes. The wider 92 mm shell allows engineers to create a larger and stiffer junction between the down tube, seat tube and chainstays, maximising pedalling efficiency and power transfer when accelerating, climbing and sprinting out of corners. By using a press-fit design, the frame can be optimised for reduced weight while maintaining exceptional structural rigidity, helping riders achieve the responsiveness and agility demanded in modern cross-country racing. The BB92 standard also enables compatibility with lightweight performance cranksets, making it an ideal solution for riders seeking the perfect balance of efficiency, stiffness and low overall bike weight

Compliance

All Kuota frames are designed, tested, and manufactured in accordance with applicable ISO and EN bicycle safety standards. These internationally recognised standards assess critical areas of frame performance including structural strength, fatigue resistance, impact durability, and long-term reliability under real-world riding conditions. Recognised ISO/EN testing protocols provides riders with confidence that every Kuota frame has been developed to meet demanding requirements for safety, performance, and durability. From professional competition through to everyday training and recreational riding, Kuota frames are engineered to deliver the structural integrity and ride quality expected from a premium carbon fibre platform.

Lifetime Warranty

For decades, Kuota bicycles have been associated with performance, innovation, and durability. The current Kuota organisation continues that tradition, combining modern engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies to produce bicycles designed to perform at the highest level.

To reinforce our commitment to quality and rider confidence, Kuota provides a lifetime warranty on framesets and forks purchased from 1 January 2026 onwards to the original purchaser, alongside a two-year warranty on wheels and handlebars. This warranty applies exclusively to products supplied by the current Kuota organisation and reflects the confidence we place in every bicycle we manufacture.Terms and conditions apply

TB – Titanium Bolts

We incorporate a significant number of titanium bolts in our road frames, crafted from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). These bolts surpass stainless steel and most high-grade carbon steel bolts in performance, offering exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties.
